My issue with our current stance on health and fitness is one based on evidence. That evidence is based i n the form of FAT! Misinformation is another travesty affecting the well being of our country. If a fat free and healthy diet works then why has America become a very FAT America? I would offer my suggestion as the inability to engage in physical activity over time. That includes SEX! Sex is regarded as physical activity and with all the FAT people I would suggest that there is some sort of "problem" in that area. When I look at myself and with my slender and lean physique, I do not seem to exhibit a physical activity or physical or mental problem. Since all that is related to weight and FAT! My current health and vital statistics as looked upon and regarded within the industry and to be "just one look" point to someone of excellent health and well being.
