WALKING FOR FITNESS: 18 MILES

Granted, my walk is more than the average person. Though, I currently deliver with Postmates on the "Walking Route." Since I stated walking with Postmates in February 2018 my health has dramatically improved! All my vital statistics have improved since my previous Doctor check-up/physical. Therefore, I recommend walking for fitness. A typical delivery route consists of about 15-20 miles walked per day. Sometimes however, I manage 30 miles in a day!
